Job Description:
· The International Enrollment Coordinator will be charged with supporting the various enrollment functions of Student Services, including admissions, testing, advisement, and registration. This individual will be responsible for the admission, advisement, and registration of all international students, serving as the primary point of contact for that student population. This individual will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulations regarding international student admissions. The position will report to the Associate Dean of Enrollment Services. This position is located in Clarendon, Texas, and is not a remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist international students through the admissions and registration process, serving as the Student Services contact for these students. This includes guiding them through the enrollment requirements for college classes and ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations. Provide ongoing support to international students to address their diverse needs and create a sense of belonging.
2. Assist the Admissions Coordinator with the processing of college applications and the associated documents. Communicate with applicants through various channels, including email and text, to facilitate the completion of the admissions process.
3. Coordinate general recruiting activities for the College. This includes scheduling coverage and attending college fairs and other recruiting events, coordinating mailings, and maintaining an inventory of Clarendon College promotional items in the Admissions Office.
4. Coordinate tours of the main campus. Lead tours as needed.
5. Support the Testing Coordinator with test administration as needed and entry of test results.
6. Assist with coverage of the Bulldog Success Center.
7. Work on standing and ad hoc committees of the College, as assigned.
8. Support College activities and special events through attendance and/or participation.
9. Remain current through a program of professional development.
10. Comply with all College policies, rules, and regulations.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Associate Dean of Enrollment Service and College leadership.
Position Available: Immediately until filled.
